Literally meaning "steamed bun", it is the Philippine version of the Cantonese steamed bun called cha siu bao. It is a type of dumpling with sweet pork filling.

Storage Instructions
| Defrost thoroughly for 4-5 hours in a cool place or in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours before serving. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. |

To Reheat
| Steaming | Place frozen buns into a lightly oiled steamer, cover with kitchen roll and lid on top. Steam over boiling water for approximately 15 mins. Buns are cooked when meat inside is steaming hot. |

| Microwave | Cook frozen on high for approximately 60 seconds. If defrosted, cook for 30 seconds approx. Please note; Cooking times may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave |
