How It Works

Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday (except public holidays). Orders made before 3PM will be sent out the next day on a 24hr courier service. Orders placed on a Friday before 3PM will be sent out Monday for Tuesday delivery, and orders placed after 3PM on Fridays will be sent out Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.

Orders delivered may require a signature on delivery. Delivery by courier is only sent within the U.K, delivery to remote areas may not be possible on next day delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, incomplete or inaccurate addresses. We do not accept responsibility for late or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address stated.

It is very important that someone is at the address that you have specified during delivery, to recieve it, so make sure someone is there! The courier may require a signature. Our couriers, where possible, will text or email in advance with 1-2 hour window for delivery.

Our cakes will be sent out frozen, packed with freezer blocks in a styrofoam box or heavy duty container and will arrive partly defrosted and cold via express courier service. All prices include postage.

As the cakes can be placed back in your freezer or fridge, it is best to order a few days before the occassion to avoid disappointment.

For agents, shop distributors or for bulk buying, we may be able to deliver on weekends.
